2. Our Response

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. Consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court and agreement to accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a lawsuit seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.

4. Important Notes

  • Repeat infringers may have their access to the site terminated.
